Automotive Service Writer – Lubbock, TX

Brandons Auto Repair and Diesel Service is hiring an Automotive Service Writer to join our team in Lubbock, TX. We’re looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with both customers and technicians in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
- Communicate vehicle concerns between customers and technicians
- Prepare repair orders and provide service updates
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
- Help ensure a smooth and organized workflow throughout the shop
- Maintain professional and friendly customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Customer service or automotive service writing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge is helpful
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Computer and phone proficiency required
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some Saturday rotation may be required
